About Heron Consultancy
A recruitment consultancy for engineering and industrial employers in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu.
Why a heron
A heron stands still in the water, watches carefully and moves only when it is sure. That is how we recruit: we take time to understand a role and the person, and we put forward a candidate only when the fit is right.
What we do
Heron Consultancy connects engineers and plant professionals with the companies that build Tamil Nadu: auto and component makers, fabricators, press and machine shops, EPC contractors, power and chemical plants, water treatment firms, builders, manufacturers and the tax and CA firms that serve them.
Our consultants work by discipline and by industry, so the person reading your CV understands the difference between a press-tool designer and a pressure-vessel designer, or between site QA/QC and supplier quality.
How we work with candidates
- No fees, ever, for job seekers.
- We share your CV with an employer only after you agree to the specific role.
- Honest feedback after interviews, whether the answer is yes or no.
How we work with employers
- A clear brief before we search.
- Screened shortlists with a note on each candidate.
- Follow-up through offer, joining and the first months.
